Yn cysylltu pobl, lle a phartneriaeth.

Connecting people, place, and partnership.

Successful projects are built on strong relationships, trusted communication, and meaningful engagement.

Afon Advisory supports organisations, project teams, and communities navigating change, helping build connections between people, place, and decision-making.

Founded by Lowri Baker, Afon Advisory draws on extensive experience working across infrastructure projects, rural communities, public services, emergency recovery, and stakeholder engagement.

Fluent in both Welsh and English, Lowri understands the importance of language, culture, and communication when working with communities across Wales. Being able to engage confidently in both languages helps create stronger relationships, encourage participation, and ensure people feel heard, respected, and included.

With a practical and people-focused approach, Lowri works alongside organisations to support community engagement, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and facilitate conversations that are transparent, respectful, and constructive.

Having worked closely with communities during periods of change and recovery, Lowri understands the importance of listening to local perspectives, building trust, and creating engagement processes that are genuine, inclusive, and meaningful.

Based in North Wales, Afon Advisory brings a strong understanding of rural communities, place-based engagement, and the importance of balancing organisational objectives with the needs of the people and communities impacted by them.
